Profile

Ms. Pack joined Security By Design, Inc. in 2009. She came to SBD with experience in web design for database driven web sites, technical support of design systems, and artistic development. At SBD, she has developed an understanding of identity management and access control systems.

Prior to joining SBD, she worked for several years in the web design and programming industry and before that, in the radio software industry. Ms. Pack has managed a team of technical support representatives and designers for a web-based Content Management System. She is skilled in web based languages, such as Actionscript for Adobe Flash, PHP, ColdFusion, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, as well as working with SQL databases.

Now she provides technical expertise and support on access control and identity management systems for clients’ projects. She works with clients to help train end users, provide technical answers, and assist in the design of efficient configurations.

Within access control systems, there are always implementation options. Ms. Pack has worked with the SBD engineering team to conceive special hardware/software relationships and operation.
