Profile

Mr. Reither is a Principal and Senior Security Consultant at Security By Design, Inc. Since joining SBD in 2001, he specializes in creating security standards and construction documents for our clients in the US and worldwide. His project management skills, including product selection, budgeting, implementation, and developing security designs, have proven invaluable for keeping projects on time and on budget.

Eric’s project involvement also extends to engineering, drafting and database management. This deep level of project involvement combined with Mr. Reither’s experience helps to guarantee SBD will exceed client expectations on a regular basis.

Mr. Reither has acted as Security Project Manager in government, transportation, education, healthcare, multi-tenant facilities, and many corporations. These projects utilized access control, security video systems, physical security identity management, intercom systems, and more.

Eric has worked with multiple government agencies such as: the General Services Administration, the Social Security Administration, United States Coast Guard and a number of municipal governments. He has experience specifying industry-leading security systems and equipment, and understands how the different systems interact, their functionality, and overall construction costs associated with each.
