Description Of Site

The City of Fremont had a number of capital projects for security improvements from 2007 to 2009, including the Teen Center, Library, Police Department, and Evidence Storage Warehouse.

SBD Involvement

SBD worked with the City of Fremont across several sites, performing site surveys to determine the status of the Access Control and Alarm Management System, Security Video System, and possibilities for improvement in both.

Following the initial surveys, SBD created Design Development packages, which led to a full Construction Documentation package that went to bid for the PD and Evidence Warehouse. SBD then provided Bid and Construction Support services through final sign-off.

The Security Video System and Alarm monitoring capabilities were expanded to allow the PD more oversight.
